What’s in Natures Menu food?
Our food products have high nutritional ratings on All About Dog Food with our best-selling 80/20 Complete & Balanced nuggets rated at 91%.
That’s because we use all-natural ingredients, like tender cuts of meat and responsibly-sourced poultry and fish, plus fruits and vegetables like carrots, peas, sweet potato, apples and berries. Just like the ingredients you’d cook at home, but in your dog’s bowl.
Natures Menu food is free from artificial additives and chemicals that can cause health problems in pets, unlike many conventional pet foods you may find in the supermarket.
Is raw dog food safe?
Think of handling raw dog food just as you would your own food. We have lots of guidance on storing and handling the food safely, and we undertake rigorous routine safety checks and source high-quality ingredients.
Cross-contamination rates with raw are proven to be very low. Natures Menu prepare and deliver meals with careful temperature control – reducing the possibility of bacteria growth.

We’ll ask you to create an account so you can save your delivery information and payment details and make changes to your order any time.
Can I change my order after placing it?
If you have an order that’s already being processed and packaged to be sent the following day (you’d have received an email letting you know) then we can’t cancel your order.
If you have a subscription or meal plan with repeat orders, you can change your delivery date, box size or recipes at any time in your account so it fits your schedule and needs.
How does delivery work?
We deliver within 24 hours because many of our products are raw and frozen, ready to get straight to your freezer.
We work with trusted couriers and the food is delivered to your door in temperature-controlled vans. When your order is shipped, we’ll text you with a 1-hour time slot to make sure you receive your order from the courier.
Delivery is free on orders over £39 and free on every meal plan box. Depending on where you live in the UK, delivery prices for smaller orders may vary. We’ve had many positive Feefo reviews about our excellent delivery service.
What subscription and meal plan options are available?
For dogs, we recommend a raw meal plan that’s expertly tailored to their nutritional needs for optimal health. A meal plan includes our best-selling Complete & Balanced raw frozen nuggets and includes personalised feeding guidelines.
Alternatively, you can subscribe to save 10% on all products across our site. This option is available when you go to check out on a hand-picked basket.
